It might be the corniest thing in the world but being able to make a difference in people's lives.

Impossible to answer. It's probably between Rio and Seville

Wow, so many to choose from. Probably Tyson Seburn. It's very rare you have such a connection with someone so instantly.
7. Favourite TTR episode (of yours) so far and why?
Dyslexia in ELT. I learnt more from this episode than any other.
8. Your teaching philosophy?
If you're not teaching to make a difference in the world, you're not teaching.
9. Best bit of advice you ever got?
Always listen, you never know what you'll learn.
10. Dream guest on your TTR show?
Errrmmmm I've already had so many dream guests on. Possible Jaimie Cloud from Cloud Institute or David Attenborough. Because.... why not.
