About

The TTR MFL Journal Club

The TTR MFL Journal Club is dedicated to fostering a collaborative learning environment that encourages active engagement with academic research.

Our goal is to bring together language teachers and scholars to critically explore and
discuss contemporary research in the field of language teaching and learning.

Through our collaborative efforts, we want to bridge the gap between theory and
practice, empowering educators to apply evidence-based strategies that benefit their
students and enrich their teaching.

Mission

Every month, you will be emailed a link to a piece of research, which we will discuss on a Zoom call the following month.

The first 10-15 minutes of the meeting will involve a summary of the research and the remainder of the meeting will be an open discussion of the issues, conclusions and practical applications.
